New + Improved

Log Alert Outreach
Data Management Solutions is implementing an alert system to our support team to monitor issues that impact a user’s audit experience. This alert will enable DMS to identify the issue the user is experiencing and then an outreach to the user will occur to offer assistance. Alerts are reviewed daily at 12:00pm and 4:00pm eastern. If the alert occurs prior to the 12:00 deadline, the outreach will be the same day. Any alert after 4, outreach will happen by noon the next business day.
Quarterly Refresher Training
Data Management Solutions will offer quarterly refresher training due to the number of enhancements in our queue for 2024. With the refresher training you will be able to see the enhancements in action and get a better understanding of how it impacts the subscriber’s audit experience. Our first scheduled training session is slated for Q2 which will occur sometime this April. Stay tuned for more details.
New Branding and Website
Data Management Solutions is excited to introduce our newly updated branding and website. The new site reflects our commitment to a centralized site showcasing our various services and resources. Our current Data Validation Platform under the Broker Builder Solutions website will remain active until Wednesday, February 14th. We can be found now at the following site:

Shared Templates
Data point and export templates can now be shared from a company to its organization by an organization administrator or organization compare user and then reused within other companies. In the current state, a template can only be used within the company it is created. With this enhancement, a template created by an organization administrator, or an organization compare user can now share the template by checking the Share with Organization option. Once the template is marked as shared, all companies under the organization can use the shared template. Company admins and company compare users which can be found under our Platinum Elite subscription will only have access to the templates that are created under their specific company.

- Auditor/Verifier Assignment
- Audit/Verification Complete Email Notifications
- Display name in verify discrepancies page when name is used as a single concatenated data point.
- Carrier Tracking at Company Level
- Upload User: Ability to create a user that can upload files directly to the platform for comparison.
- Upload Library: Ability to upload files directly to the platform to be used for audit purposes.
- Back End Suffix Mappings: System will remove suffixes, spaces, dashes, and other miscellaneous characters in the name fields that cause missing data sets.
- Identify Masked SSN’s for comparisons.
