Data Management Solutions is pleased to announce this week’s enhancements and fixes to our Data Validation Platform. Each enhancement/fix is separated by Applicable Users (subscribers who are directly affected by the enhancement or the fix) for easier viewing.

New + Improved

Applicable users: Platinum Elite Subscriptions

 Carrier Information Tracking

Data Management Solutions (DMS) has added functionality to the Platinum Elite Subscription plan to capture carrier information such as carrier name, benefit (medical, dental, group life, etc), group number, and renewal month, as well as contact information including contact name, email address, and phone number.

 Carrier information can be added manually on the company level or through an import on the organization level by utilizing the in-site provided import template with pre-built carriers. A new carrier table has also been added to the company landing page for easy identification.

The imported/added carrier can then be selected during the comparison creation process in Step 1 and is reflected in the comparison table on the organization and company levels.

If a carrier is not included, please reach out to Enhancement Request Form – DMS Data Validate (dms-datavalidate.com) for it to be added.

Upcoming enhancements to the Platform:

1. Upload User:  Ability to create a user that can upload files directly to the platform for comparison.   
2. Upload Library:  Ability to upload files directly to the platform to be used for audit purposes.   
3. Discrepancy Type Dropdown: Ability to select a pre-defined discrepancy type such as Timing, Cost, File Error, Data Entry during the Verification Steps.
4. Customizable Email Templates: Ability for the user to create, save, re-use and assign customized email templates.
5. Email Tracking: Ability to track when verification and completion emails have been sent.
6. Additional Discrepancy Report: A discrepancy report that includes all other data points from the file for only those records that have discrepancies.
